Hays travel were great and…
Hays travel were great and understanding. Waikiki hotel good so far but no coffee or water in the room, very annoying when you’ve got 7 floors to go down to get a glass of water !! Weather lovely and hot and doesn’t make you sweat. Facilities brilliant for kids.

Very warm and friendly welcome from Sam when we arrived. Very quick and efficient sourcing holiday we were interested in.
Booking process very straightforward and lots of helpful advice given re luggage and check in at airport.
We noticed a very friendly atmosphere in the shop with other customers collecting currency or making payments the staff seemed to know everyone personally and it was all very relaxed and chilled!
