I can't recommend Hays Travel Halesowen enough! We were made to feel really welcome in store. The team were incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, we dealt with Emma-Fab, Nothing was too much trouble. They searched through lots of different options to find us the perfect holiday, making sure it suited both our budget and everything we wanted. Even help entertain my daughter so she didn't get too bored, completely stress-free.
A huge thank you to everyone at Hays Travel Halesowen. We'll definitely be booking all our future holidays with you and recommending you to family and friends.

A little disappointed
Although I was dealt with quickly I wasn't pleased that the office did not have a supply of paper in order to print out a copy of my documents. The business really ought to not be in this position as not everyone wants documents forwarded by email only.

Unfortunately, we completely ran out of paper yesterday and were therefore unable to print the documents for you at the time of your visit. We are currently awaiting a delivery of supplies, but we would be more than happy to print the documents for you at a later date if you are able to come back into store.
