We have been waiting to book a winter break for some time but due to health issues we had to delay. The staff at Hays are very helpful and knowledgeable and we are grateful for that.

Well I rang a lady called Courtney on Sunday to to see if you had a hotel that I wanted to stay in , she was very helpful and talked me through a few things and had what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble at all , so on the Monday after work I went into the shop and booked it she was very friendly and professional and her knowledge was amazing, I will certainly book my holidays with your company again 😊

Courtney took time to search through options at our request. She had already given us information on a cruise we were interested in but wanted to make sure it was the right one to choose. Having made our choice she patiently took us through the details and assured us updates would be given

Excellent service. Grace was brilliant on the phone and email amd sent me some good quotes very quickly. When we came into book Ellie dealt with us. Very friendly and chatty. A lovely feel in store even though it was very busy Ellie gave us plenty of time to talk through things and took a genuime interest.

Seher was helpful and professional when we came in to book our holiday. She was able to answer all our queries. She was polite and efficient throughout the visit.

Very helpful- and went the extra mile to find me the best price and flights and hotels. Nothing was too much trouble and they stayed back after work to sort everything out
