Always friendly and knowledgeable. Guided us through booking our 3rd and 4th cruises with them. Nicole was super patient and answered all our questions making the whole process simple. She really put us at ease and she certainly knew her stuff.

I called in to see what hays could offer and after some reasonable time and a very polite young assistant that greeted me as soon as I walked I left with a very positive response and a great holiday package booked including good flight times and seats that I was looking for

I dealt with 2 members of staff
I dealt with 2 members of staff, Daisy and Thalia and both were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find flights and a hotel in Dublin for the weekend. Thalia took me though the booking and helped me access the Ryanair app. that I needed in order to locate my boarding passses.

Walked in Hays travel with a few holiday options in mind. The lady Sarah was very helpful in supporting me to choose the right destination and hotel. Very efficient, quick and clear. Walked out 1 hour later with my family holiday all booked and organised.
