Very helpful staff member at your Hamilton store spent a lot of time finding the best option for our family trip with family members flying from different airports

I have booked my holidays with Hay’s travel (formally Thomas Cook) and have always received first class treatment. The person I book my holiday with in Hay’s travel has booked my holidays for many years and goes far and beyond to get me the best price and hotels/ cruises that she can get. I only have to e-mail her to check a holiday I have seen advertised in a newspaper/Facebook and she gets right back to me as soon as she can. She is the manager of your Hamilton branch. Her name is Julie Coulter and I cannot thank her enough for all of the holidays she has booked for me.

A nice warm welcome from the team, Julie listened to our requests and found us what we were looking for and in a reasonable amount of time our cruise to the Caribbean on our favourite ship was booked !

I decided too phone the shop rather than book online and the young lady on the phone was very helpful and informative

Been booking holidays in store for a good few years with Hays. Always most helpful and do everything for you from booking seats on the plane to printing off your boarding passes.

Julie, the Manager took time out to give us quotes over a few different days both in store and over the phone.

She painstakingly went through a few hotels for us to help us find the one we wanted by location and reviews. We went for one that suited us as a family with a free child Place.

This was a jet 2 holiday that was discounted online and she had no hesitation in price matching this.

Cassie helped us in store when we finally booked. She was very polite, helpful and efficient on the day.

Would definitely highly recommend to book with Hays travel in Hamilton to get that personal service.

The staff especially Julie who goes above & beyond in her help to find a holiday, book it, to printing tickets & luggage labels & just keeping us right with everything.

Hays travel agent was the 1st time using it Julie was great finding us a holiday within our budget explained alot of stuff too us abt the place where we are goin too showed us pics of the place but before we picked this place Julie showed us alot if different holidays but we picked this one n Julie explained abt insurance n seats for the plane n money card u can use abroad n sorted our tickets n boarding passes too thankyou Julie

As I have said before the girls in this shop are more than excellent at their jobs.They listen to what you want in a hotel etc.
