We booked a cruise again with Hays Travel
We booked a cruise last year with Hays Travel for the first time, having previously always booked on-line. We were so impressed with the consultant who was friendly, efficient and made everything so simple, that we have again this year gone back to him (and we were price matched to a deal I had first researched on the internet - which made things even better).

So so so so easy to communicate with
So so so so easy to communicate with. Emailed the Hanley branch and Jody replied very quickly. What followed was an easy exchange of simple yet very informative choices and options and within a day a great break (hopefully!) at a great price.
