Yet again have the team gone, 'above and beyond'. After having initial difficulties to with the airlines and the timings that we needed to keep to, in order to meet up with family in Thailand, they successfully found us a great package to look forward to!

All of the staff i have dealt with at the Hinckley branch are superb! From booking the holiday in branch to having to email them for assistance whilst at our holiday destination the service was swift and wonderful! Well done Hays!

Helen was friendly and chatty but very professional. We were attended to quickly and our holiday was booked promptly. It was price matched to what we had seen on line. Great service all round.

Welcoming, thought about our needs, Helen gave us a few options of hotels, then worked through the different airports and dates to get us the best price.
Have booked but not been on holiday yet.
The rest of the staff also seemed knowledgeable and offered some advice.

Made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door, staff helpful, answered all our questions.
Sam who helped us to book our holiday was lovely, she answered everything we asked her , and before we knew it she'd booked our holiday for 2028 .

We were looked after as soon as we arrived all staff very friendly and welcoming. The holiday we wanted had gone from the window but the lady found the same holiday for the dates we wanted at the same price absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t believe it, she was so good and remembered us from booking holidays before. Excellent customer service thank you. The office was immaculately clean and tidy.

The Member’s of Staff that we had interaction with were very helpful and were able to sort out and book the flights with stop overs that we wanted.

The staff in the Hinckley travel store are all very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. The travel assistant took her time, ensured that everything was what we needed/wanted and input all the details correctly. It was not a stressful experience in any way which was so lovely to have these days when people rarely take the time to actually listen to what you need. Will definitely use again!!

WE WERE LOOKING FOR A HOLIDAY IN JUNE FOR A WEEK AND THE LADY WAS EVER SO HELPFULL ON SHOWING US WHAT WAS AVAILABLE AND TOOK US THROUGH EVERYTHING FROM THE HOTEL DESTINATION AND FLIGHTS

Sam in shop was friendly and helpful. The information from the Swiss Travel Company was confusing which is why I haven't given top marks. We were promised an updated itinerary but haven't been sent this yet.
