Friendly and helpful experience
Sam in shop was friendly and helpful. The information from the Swiss Travel Company was confusing which is why I haven't given top marks. We were promised an updated itinerary but haven't been sent this yet.

Sam couldnt have been more helpful and patient. She kept me fully informed at every step and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Sbe got the best deal for me. I would certainly book again with Hays.

Booked a cruise inc flights and…
Booked a cruise inc flights and transfers flight on day would miss boat so will have to fly day before and extra night at our expense £600 for hotel which was £80 on booking .com we didn't except so we now have to find hotel and our own transfers not impressed

We went into the Hinckley branch of Hayes travel the agent who delt with our inquiry was IZZY. She explained every thing in detail very professionally so we booked a cruise with her.
A very pleasant young lady respectful of our age explained very well. .
