Lovely Staff!
Myself and my friend came in to book a holiday. We were welcomed in and took a seat. Explained what holiday we were looking for, gave the dates and the lovely woman found us a holiday that suited exactly what we wanting. We booked the same day. She found us a really good price. We booked our holiday and she set a reminder for 30 days before to check in. Would highly recommend the branch, there members of staff are so lovely!

Easy and excellent communication
I appreciated the messenger option for sending messages to lauren(?) Whenever I thought of a question she swiftly answered and was very helpful. I was having a very stressful time trying to nail the perfect family holiday and when I brought her on board the process became alot more enjoyable and productive

Holiday of a lifetime booking quickly & easily
I called up and gave my requirements and Tracy was very quick to get onto finding the perfect holiday and sent a quite quickly. A few tweaks to the accommodations and I had the dream holiday booked easily.
