The girls in the office work together as a very good team. They found me an excellent hotel that has excellent facilities.

The lady who delt with us was so helpful she had a wealth of knowledge which made it very easy for us.

The team were determined to find the right holiday for us, even after their initial enquiries were way over budget.

What made the entire experience so special and memorable was the attention to detail that Hays travel Ipswich had done for us . Given the the nature of circumstances that had changed the whole way of travelling in the world.
Made us feel a bit uncomfortable alongside being uneasy. But the Team in Ipswich kept us updated which made us feel that they were actually travelling with us ❤️ The hotels were amazing so much so we have booked again next year and this time we are bringing more family members that’s how much confidence we have in our Travel agents.
