All very easy, the agent showed us where we thought we wanted to go, but, when we hesitated, she showed us other options, and we were very pleased with our final choice. There was no rush involved.

We were initially looking into planning a holiday to America to coincide with a friend’s wedding, but quickly found the process overwhelming. After speaking to some friends who had booked their trip through Janine, we decided to get in touch—and we couldn’t have made a better choice.

Janine helped us book a Cruise, she was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the booking, down to which cabin we required, drinks package, parking, on-board spends, also the trips we were interested in. Janine was also friendly and professional.

Janine makes booking a trip very easy. She responds to my requests with speed and efficiency. I have used her for several trips and she has always gone out of her way to secure the booking and trip/holiday exactly as I request. She’s always professional and available.
I have found using Janine has been so much easier than having to go into the travel agents as I can talk to her on the phone; also out side of normal hours of 9am-5pm which makes booking even easier. I found out about Janine through a friend, who is part of a group of us returning to Japan.
Through Janine we booked flights and managed to get seats together on the outbound and return journeys. She booked hotels in the various cities and towns we will be visiting. (she also managed to book hotel rooms during a main festival period at one of the towns). All of this was done via emails and WhatsApp messaging.
Janine also helped me with my travel insurance (again via email and phone calls). She came across very professional was a joy to talk to.
All in all she made the whole process very easy.

Janine put in a lot of research finding suitable hotels in a detailed itinerary for a holiday to Japan. To complicate matters all 5 of us live in different parts of the country. Thank you Janine 😊
