Excellent service and I will definitely be using Janine again in the future to book more holidays. I can highly recommend her.
I found out about Janine through a friend, who is part of a group of us returning to Japan.
Through Janine we booked flights and managed to get seats together on the outbound and return journeys. She booked hotels in the various cities and towns we will be visiting. (she also managed to book hotel rooms during a main festival period at one of the towns). All of this was done via emails and WhatsApp messaging.
Janine also helped me with my travel insurance (again via email and phone calls). She came across very professional was a joy to talk to.
All in all she made the whole process very easy.

Janine put in a lot of research finding suitable hotels in a detailed itinerary for a holiday to Japan. To complicate matters all 5 of us live in different parts of the country. Thank you Janine 😊

Janine is marvellous. She has just booked a fantastic trip for me for next year. She is also putting together an itinerary for a big trip in 2028. I’ve just told her where the 6 of us would like to go & she is on it. She has sourced hotels, flights & cruise options. Janine is very efficient & quick to deal with requests. Her knowledge is excellent and she has first hand experience of the insurance that I added to my booking. Price was reasonable and payment straight forward. I was also given several options with the benefits of each given clearly
