Amazing!! Got us the holiday we wanted exactly!

I spoke to several members of staff over a few days. This was because I was deciding certain aspects of my holiday.
I have to say they were all great in finding me flights and hotels to go with my guided tour holiday.

The holiday was then booked quickly and easily.

Christina, and all the girls were most helpful when booking the cruise, and Christina in particular tried to give us the best prices and lots of information regarding this holiday

As always a first class service.
When travel plans are important it’s best to do things properly. I have found out to my cost in the past , cheaper isn’t always better.

My 1st amazing booking with Hays. We were Listened to and given great advice and suggestions; with a lovely atmosphere inside the shop and there was no problem allowing our dog; no rush or ‘hard sell’ for us to make a decision and it was truly a relaxing experience! We did book our trip to Copenhagen as the hard work was done for us and everything explained clearly. Can’t wait to book our next trip with them.

Highly recommend as it’s such an easy way to find a holiday just right for us instead of my having to trawl through online detritus to find flights hotel etc and waste hours of my time.

We recently booked a Jet2 holiday with Hays travel. The assistant in store was lovely, polite and super helpful. She used her experience to help us chose a last minute holiday which was perfect for us. Everything was just right from the location of the hotel, the accommodation and the airport transfers. We enjoyed a stress-free, week-long break and would certainly return to Hays to help us book other trips in the future.

We have used the Jesmond branch a number of times now. The latest booking was a little complicated and the staff worked hard to find us the holiday that ticked all the boxes and was within budget. You can trust the staff here to always be true to their word, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice experience to book via a human being. We need to keep stores open so please use this great little travel agents in Jesmond.
