Christina was set a tight set of criteria for our holiday, which made it a difficult job (which is why we wanted help from a professional!). via good communication with us, a good solution was found and booked.

Lillie at the jesmond branch is great, she made booking the holiday so easy, gave us options and got us booked up quickly.

My experience at West jesmond hays was great, I was greeted straight away and when showing her (Christine) the holiday it was building up the holiday excitement of booking and knowing you're going away. Christine made it all the more exciting.

Holiday to Kalmanaki
Amanda was just brilliant. She accepted a complex challenge to find me accommodation near to a friend. She tried all avenues open to find the best and closest fit I. Terme of location and flights from Newcastle. Her manner was welcoming and professional. I will use Hays Travel again after this experience.
