Holiday to Bulgaria
I booked the holiday with my daughter for 12 of us, all the staff at the Kirkham branch have been very helpful, and gave us a good price on the holiday, Will book with Hays again

Excellent service
Paige dealt with our holiday requirements- not made easy because of our specific requirements for three different couples! She set about meeting them, providing us with options and adjusting them until we were happy with what was on offer. She spent a great deal of time sourcing what we needed and then apologised for the time she’d taken! Our holiday is now booked! As well as being a lovely person Paige is clearly a very professional and most competent travel agent Thank you !

Professional & friendly service at Hays Travel Kirkham
I realise that the review is about how we were dealt with at the Agency. Paige, an attractive & polite member of staff was very thorough & helpful in our decision to travel to Spain in December, unfortunately later that same day I received a Hospital appointment that clashed with the date & we had to cancel.
