Very professional and helpful.

I realise that the review is about how we were dealt with at the Agency. Paige, an attractive & polite member of staff was very thorough & helpful in our decision to travel to Spain in December, unfortunately later that same day I received a Hospital appointment that clashed with the date & we had to cancel.

Served by Robert at the Kirkham store, very helpful and informative, finally got us a place with flight times we wanted for mini Xmas break. Nice guy, relaxed & had a laugh.

As always very helpfull and sorted both my bookings,Paige my agent was top class a real credit to the company

As usual, a great service from Paige in the Kirkham branch. Friendly and efficient and my holiday booked in no time at all, thank you!! This is why I continually return to the Kirkham branch.

Excellent service

It took over 90 minutes to book the holiday. The whole experience was very disjointed, having booked the holiday we then had to book our seats on the plane separately. I wasn’t able to get a receipt verifying that I had paid for and my seats on the plane. I then after waiting two days for a confirmation email from Hays had to contact tui myself to confirm my seats. We were not offered premium accommodations at the time of booking. I had to revisited the shop to book this upgrade as tui could not help as I had book through an agent, and was charged extra for changing my booking, which I think we should have been offered at the time of booking. I found the whole booking experience very poor and would not use the agent again. I went to the store to support local businesses which I will not be doing again.

Booking our first cruise wasn't easy, so many options and even after booking we still don't know if it's good value or not so have to go with the recommendations.

As a regular traveler, as soon as I walk into the shop I am greeted by my first name. The staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure all your holiday requirements are met. Also on the phone if you have a query they will sort it out.
