We have never cruised before but the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the different Cruise lines and also the cabin location. They also price matched a deal we had found elsewhere.

Helpful friendly and efficient staff

Pretty straightforward tbf.
But the rep on the other side was nowhere to be seen.

I’m personally not bothered. But the mysterious “Rafa” was never in Lanzarote, whether someone contradicts me or not….. Rafa got money for nothing tbf

Rachel is so helpful. All staff at crossgates are. But Rachel is the one we have dealt with. Trust her opinion on different places to travel. Takes the hassle out of scrolling through all the holidays.
