The lady's at Hayes travel are great, really friendly and helpful too. We found the holiday we wanted and Charlotte found us the very best deal and at a good price too. Thank you Charlotte for looking after us again.

I recently enquired in my local Hayes Travel shop ( Crossgates Leeds) about a cruise holiday. We have not cruised before and the advice help and assistance we received from Charlotte and Joanne was first rate . We have now booked our holiday and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to book their holiday (and I found it much better having an actual person to speak to than someone online )

The lady was really helpful

I was a bit worried as I was booking a cruise for the first time but the experience was absolutely brilliant. The member of staff was really good with us, she sort all aspects of the booking and told us she would be in touch with any changes. She also did our transfers and insurance. Also telling us they offer a good deal on foreign currency.

Hays Travel in Crossgates LS15, the staff there are one special group of individuals we have booked multiple trips from this branch and to a person each and every one of these agents are welcoming helpful and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to walk in this welcoming branch.

Jo had just got back from her own Holliday when I first made my enquiry , despite this she did everything , she could to secure me the Holliday I required . Even when I changed some of my requirements ( fairly substantial changes an additional person,different rooms and an additional day ) at the end of the initial request Jo came up with the solution to make sure my requirements were met.
