Staff at the Livingston Branch went above and beyond. Excellent knowledge and advice. Certainly took much less time to book our holiday than having to trawl the internet. Stop surfing and get to a local branch of Hays would be my message to potential customers.

Whenever we come into the shop we tend to gravitate to Megan who has booked our holidays on many occasions. She knows what we want in a holiday and nothing is ever too much for her to look up for us.

Refund taking 2 weeks
I have been so disappointed with the service after 2 weeks and 3-4 phone calls before being refunded. Staff were misinforming me of the progress and situation of the refund causing more unnecessary stress.
