As always great friendly professional service from Susanne in booking our holiday, answered all questions to our satisfaction. Should also mention on returning home we discovered we had a prior family occasion 3 days after start date of this new holiday. On telephoning Susanne with this oversight she contacted Jet 2 and arranged for our holiday to be changed from the 22nd of Nov. to the 29th.My wife and I cannot praise the service Susanne and Hays travel for the 5 star+ service you provide.

We usually book our holidays in this branch as staff are friendly and welcoming.
This time however it was not quite so straightforward with a couple of problems during the booking process however we still managed to get booked.
Waiting on the revised confirmation as there were a couple of issues to be rectified on it. Hopefully we will receive this soon, if not will pop into branch to sort this out.
Confident that all will be sorted.
