We always book through Hays Malton.
Got back from our Cruise on Saturday and booked another on the Monday. The staff at Hays Malton are great. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Your holiday starts here
We have booked through this shop in Malton for years. The service is way more than 5 stars. Staff are so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Cant rate them high enough. Gordon always knows me by name and gets us booked up totally professionally.

Very helpful and patient …
Debi was very helpful and extremely patient helping us to book our flights to Australia and subsequently assisting me book our seats, especially for the two elderly relatives who are travelling with us and were requiring extra leg room seats. Top marks all round for Hayes Travel Malton.

The initial contact with you through Scarlett was excellent and you provided an itinerary very quickly, however when I called in to confirm the booking I was not so impressed it took over an hour to get answers from your head office. Not good. Scarlett was out of office doing an exam
However no blame to Caroline.

Dream holiday
I met Scarlett who helped me select my hotel for my dream holiday of New York. Scarlett explained the additional fees I would be expected to pay at hotel so no nasty surprises. I also chose to add a few extras making my holiday that extra special. Scarlett’s knowledge was amazing and she has ensured me my holiday will b better than my dreams ❤️ THANK YOU SCARLETT X
