Quick and easy to book
I requested quotes via FB messenger and received prompt responses. I asked for a quote for upgrade, and again had a quick reply. Easy to book without having to go into the office.

Positive experience
Rhiannon was very helpful and patient, convinced me to return to the travel shop. I have been going online due to lackluster response from other shops. Used Hays 20 yrs ago, goid experience then as well, not sure why I didn't continue with Hays.
