Always go the extra mile for you and nothing is too much trouble. All staff are excellent, very pleasant, helpful and supportive. They have a good booking process and service and I have never had any problems. A big thank you to Alison who tirelessly searches the systems until she finds what you are looking for. When Alison is on holiday she always gives clear and precise handover information to her colleagues who pick up in her absence - Thank you Nicola.

Came in to store yesterday
Came in to store yesterday staff were very friendly, booked a holiday and when I got home I noticed there was a slight issue with the total cost of the holiday. This was sorted extremely quickly, even on a Sunday with the shop being closed. I messaged them on Facebook and someone responded very quickly and the manger rang me personally to correct this. Thank you for taking all the stress of booking a holiday away

First Cruise Booked with Excellent Personal Service
What made the experience great was the helpful, patient and personal service. Lindsey spent a lot of time with us on Friday looking into cruise options, even though we didn’t really know what we wanted. When we returned on Monday, Natalie was also very helpful and looked at the quote we had found elsewhere. Hays Travel were professional, approachable, and gave us confidence by offering face-to-face support in a physical shop.
