A nice welcome as we walked,we were seen straight away by Lexi.
Although she was training Lexi handled our enquiry very professionaly and explained everything we needed to know to make our booking.
All the staff were very friendly,overall a very pleasant experience.
It's good they are still proper travel agents like Hays Travel where you speak to a person.

A holiday to the Maldives was cancelled Adelle and Gaynor where amazing and found and booked a new holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary they where both fantastic same hotel same accommodation same dates and saved us 500. Pounds. all within 24 hours of our cancellation

It was a joy to enter the shop and find…
It was a joy to enter the shop and find more than one young lady eager to help us.We sat with Lindsay who was a superb help to two 81 year old ladies. Other members of staff added comments about Portugal and Lindsay was remarkably patient and very knowledgeable. She found us a fabulous 4 star hotel filling all our requirements. Sue and I cannot thank her enough. The cup of coffee was also perfect! In fact we went out singing with staff joining in.
The girls worked together as a team and provided a lovely atmosphere.
