So easy to deal with. Informative, professional and personable. I did not feel uncomfortable with any of my requests ie asking for hard copies of bookings. It felt a very personal transaction.

I was looking for a last minute holiday…
I was looking for a last minute holiday for myself and my daughter for her 18th birthday. After a quick call stating what I was looking for a fantastic deal was emailed to me and I booked the next day. The lady that helped me find our holiday was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend to friends and family and I will certainly use them again.

Also doing some research for a potential cruise. Nothing was too much trouble - Mia was lovely
Only bad thing is the systems were so slow and kept faulting which added to the time we were there!!!

Amazing staff & brilliant holiday
Hays Travel staff are absolutely wonderful! They simply could not do enough to help us- they were so supportive as we were choosing the accommodation, travel, trips, money etc Our holiday to Iceland was marvellous- everything we had hope for and their advice was second to none! We will definitely be returning to Hays to book future holidays. Thank you guys- you are fantastic!
