Excellent customer service from Bronte at Hayes, Mirfield. She was happy to spend lots of time with me finding the best hotel to suit my needs and explained the booking policy very clearly. She was very attentive to all customers who came in the store ensuring they didn't have to wait while ensuring I was valued as well. She was knowledgeable about the destination and managed my expectations, cross referencing reviews and amenities as we went. Would definitely recommend booking a holiday with this agent.

Honeymoon 2025
I asked Mia at Hays in Mirfield to help plan my honeymoon and she was fab! Nothing was too much trouble after I changed my mind multiple times! I am so happy with my holiday and can’t wait to go!

Excellent throughout our whole experience of booking. We found a holiday online and Bronte, the sales rep found exactly what we'd asked for, matched the price and even tried the code we had been given online for more discount - it worked so an extra £60 off! Bronte was helpful, informative, chatty and laughed with us - overall brilliant! She printed all information, explained when we had to pay the balance etc, will call for us to go and check in, they'll print boarding passes. We booked everything there and then - hotel, flights, seats, parking, insurance. Excellent service - highly recommend. Keep up the good work and thank you for making things easy😊
