Having gone into Hays at Morpeth with a specific hotel and destination in mind Vicky was more than helpful in, not only locating it, but also searching other sites to get the best price for us. She then went on to price airport parking, again finding an excellent deal. Nothing seemed too much trouble and our visit was hassle free.
Well done Vicky, no doubt we'll be seeing you again.

The card in the window caught our eye. We went in and didn't have to wait to speak to someone. The price had actually cone down and we were booken in about 15 mins.

We were planning a 3 generation family holiday for next year with parties flying from different airports. We had found holidays that suited our wish list of facilities but needed professional assistance to co-ordinate the flights, room and dietary requirements.
