My experience was great Amy had booked my cruise this so I went back to Amy for my cruise next year. Amy was brilliant on both visits she patiently listened to all my questions (I was a first time cruiser) and she was knowledgeable and gave great advice.

Friendly approachable Representative, made the whole process seamless, was very patient and knowledgeable, gave us several options, ensured the holiday was a match for our party of 6 ranging in age from 12 to 71 and explained in detail what was included (luggage, transfers, what was included at the hotel and what was additional etc)

Brenda was very helpful and stayed on past her finish time to make sure we got everything sorted 🙂

Lindsay at Hays Travel in Abbeycentre is absolutely fantastic. She always goes above and beyond to help us book all of our holidays and makes the whole process so easy and stress-free.
