I just booked a holiday today with the newtownabbey branch. everything was explained correctly and the sales person knew their stuff.

I was wanting to book for Nashville and…
I was wanting to book for Nashville and Andrea was very helpful,she went out of her way to look at the hotel I had picked and advised me of an other hotel closer to the attractions l wanted to visit. Andrea was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly the location of my hotel and how close I will be to all the attractions. Brilliant service 👏

Hays Travel Abbeycentre is the best Travel Agent
Sharon Noble in Hays Travel Abbeycentre was very friendly helpful and professional. She helped with our choice of destination and hotel to meet our medical needs. Lindsey was amazing, very friendly and soo helpful. Within 20 minutes, our holiday to DisneyWorld Florida was booked with airport assistance for my daughter and I included.

The Rep was very helpful and pleasant.. She guided us with every step. We opted for a yearly insurance contract , paid £144 each . Rang Allianz when we got home. Very disappointing to hear £194 extra was needed for our insurance! My wife has a mild ailment, I have none.Feel the insurance company has took us on....

I.booked my 1st cruise last uear 2025, with Amy Logan, Hays travel, Abbeycentre, Northern Ireland. I found her to be helpful in telling me about to enjoy my 1st cruise with MSC Cruise line. And therefore, I went back to see Amy again, to book my 2nd cruise departing wednesday 17 June 2026. Again, Amy was very helpful and proffesional at her job.
