I was taken care of by Sam of Hays…
I was taken care of by Sam of Hays travel, she was able to help me cancel the first booking I made for December when I found from my husband that he prefers to go to Spain next year. Overall, the experience is good although I would say that it will be better if I was given options and more detailed information since this is the first time that I am booking for holiday using a travel agency.
