My wife and I entered Hayes travel in North Shields and was greeted with a smile from the staff in the premises,a good start.We informed Rachel who was dealing with our request what we required,she dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently reading through the terms of our booking in case we had missed something that may have been important us.She could not have been more helpful and understanding to us.That being said all the staff in the agency have our high regard to the manner they treat there customers

Faye was really nice and friendly she checked through a lot of different options and prices until we found the best deal for us. She then split our group into three do we all got served at the same time and didn’t have to wait around x

Dawn, the rep who took care of me was brilliant. She listed to what I wanted and took the time to also show me some alternatives before getting me a really good flight in the price range I was looking for. She made the experiance really good for me

Rachel did a lot of research to enable us to make the right decision booking our holiday. Also its the first time we've been offered a cuppa in a travel agents.

Made contact by telephone- call was answered promptly and my query was dealt with within half an hour I then booked the holiday at a very reasonable price. All went well.
