Lisa was absolutely fantastic helping me booking my first holiday with hays travel. She answered all my questions and even phoned the hotel and got an answer she wasn't sure on. Everything was explained in great detail.
Booking through lisa has saved us alot of money i will definitely use again.

Paul got back to me in a timely manner even though it was after 7pm which was excellent. His customer service is 100% came off the call with our holiday booked and the peace of mind that we have a direct contact should we need one excellent service would certainly recommend and we will be using him again

This the 2nd time I've booked a holiday with Paul and Lisa. The whole process is so quick and simple. We already knew what we wanted after weeks of researching. Lisa managed to beat the price I'd been quoted and ensured everything was in order and to our requirements. Seats booked deposit paid bring in the holiday countdown.
