Once again we were pleased with the service Hays provided. We had several questions that were worrying us about the type of room in the accommodation as it was unclear in the Tui booking website. Hays were sorting this out with Tui and we had to leave before it was confirmed by Tui but we were very happy with the booking which I am sure will be resolved shortly. All credit due to Amelia for the patience she showed

When in the branch today we booked next years trip with the manager. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. We have previously booked with the Peterlee branch and wouldn’t hesitate to book with this branch in the future.

Amanda was a great help I was in with my baby she made me a coffee spoke to the baby made the atmosphere very welcoming I would definitely return if I seen her at a desk again. She worked with everything we requested even looking into things we could do whilst over there.

We went into the Hayes Travel agent’s not really knowing what holiday we wanted or even where we wanted to go. Sat down with Amanda who very patiently went through a variety of options. She spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful. We went away with a couple of options and thought about it over night.
We chose a cruise and the next day Amanda went through everything step by step and sorted out all the paperwork. Again she spent a long time with us. I cannot fault the service she provided.

Amanda was extremely helpful. She was very patient and booked the exact holiday with the little extras that I wanted. The booking process was made seamless and I was confident with the service I received.

We cannot praise Hays at Peterlee enough. The team are all welcoming, the shop is clean and tidy.
Libby could not help us enough, also was friendly, professional and warm in her approach throughout we will definitely return to Hays for our next holiday through this service we have received nothing was too much effort - top class customer service, the whole process was made easy through Libby.

I didn’t have long to book a holiday so popped in on a lunch break. I was helped by Amanda who easily found the holiday I was looking for and even got an upgrade for very little more. Went away happy with the experience as I usually only book online. Would definitely visit again for another holiday.
