That staff member was very helpful, friendly and patient. She listened to everything we asked for and was able to find a river cruise holiday that was perfect. All other staff in the shop were also friendly.

As usual I got great service. Jane was brilliant again and got me exactly what I wanted. I would not even think about going anywhere else. It is impossible to get better service anywhere.
