Cannot fault them
Helpful and knowledgeable Sophie was able to reassure us about booking a holiday despite the hype about jet fuel shortages.
She took the time to compare two holiday operators and spoke about the positive and negative of each.
As Sophie had visited Krakow she was able to provide us with useful information about our destination.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently.
Used Hayes travel many times and am never disappointed with the service.

My initial holiday date was cancelled and I was offered another day unfortunately this was not convenient due to other commitments, so we chose another holiday. Sophie was very helpful an patient with us. All in all a good experience.

We spoke with Connor in your Redcar branch regarding booking a safari to South Africa for a special anniversary. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
After a few hours of deliberating with my husband we went ahead and booked our safari for 2027. Can't wait now!! Thank you Connor
