Our travel agent was amazing. She had everything sorted very professionally. Her service got all the add on parts we wanted. While all done fairly easily, everything was explained and shown to us. Options given where appropriate.

We visited the Romford store to enquire about a Disney cruise, Lily-Mae was so kind and very helpful, she sent us our quote then followed up with an email asking if she could help any further which was very nice!
