The staff are always helpful pleasant and well informed about a variety of places. The last couple of visits we worked with Eric who is all of the above and more. We have a good time and he makes the whole experience easy.

Great service by Eric at Hays Romford
Eric listened to what I wanted and we found just the right holiday. I went home to think about the different flight options and confirmed which one I wanted by text. I then received their very competitive quote and was able to pay the deposit by secure link. Excellent service all round

Hayes at Romford have again given excellent service. Vanessa was really helpful answering all our questions before we booked going the extra mile. Booking was a breeze, efficient and thorough to make sure we booked what we wanted and needed. Everyone in the branch is friendly and polite. Thank you
