We were happy with our experience this is the 2nd time we have chosen Hays at rothwell, friendly helpful service

Charlotte was friendly and supportive when booking our flights with Loganair. Adam the manager came to make sure that everyone was satisfied with the bookings.
We were happy with the way our booking was handled.

Booking our holiday was ,as usual, very straightforward and completed easily.
We have always received excellent service from the staff at Hays,Rothwell

I can't thank Karen enough for helping me book a holiday. Karen is so genuinely helpful and has so much patience in finding the right fit for myself and family. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. The time spent sorting all this out for me is so gratefully appreciated. I have booked with Hayes Travel on many occasions now and Karen has always been amazing. Right from a genuine welcome into store through the whole process of booking and to saying goodbye I've had a brilliant service.

Excellent. Lady in Hays was really helpful, we knew where we wanted to be etc, so straight in and out.

Took time out to find our flights and get us the best deal, very nice and helpful. Booked our requested seats for us. Highly recommend the Rothwell branch.
