I had a great experience with Hays Travel in Runcorn. Liz was amazing, spending a lot of time planning my trip to New York and a Bahamas cruise to perfection. She was friendly, informative, and patient throughout. Even when we booked last minute for half term, the team quickly emailed several holidays, making it easy to choose. The agents, including Karen, were helpful, answering all our questions and adjusting to our requirements. Although our first choice was unavailable, Karen found us a fantastic alternative. Overall, highly satisfied with the service!
