Holidays with Hayes Travel
Hayes travel offers the best choice of holidays at excellent prices.
The staff are so helpful and can’t do enough to get you the holiday that you’re looking for.
Chris at Ryde has helped us a few times and has always provided excellent service.
It’s so nice to collect the tickets and the paperwork is in date order and it’s great knowing that there’s help and support should you need it.

Mixed start but ended on a positive note
At first, I felt the young lady assisting me wasn’t as welcoming as I had hoped. When I asked about flight prices to Sydney with a return from Brisbane, she immediately told me it couldn't be done, which was a bit disappointing. As I continued to explore other options with her, I sensed some irritation, which made the experience feel a bit awkward.
However, once it became clear that I was serious about booking and not just browsing, her attitude shifted noticeably. She began printing out information, offering helpful advice, and really took the time to assist me properly. In the end, I booked the flights I needed, and her service improved significantly.
Overall, it was a bit of a rocky start, but I appreciated how things turned around.
