We had a great experience booking our holiday. We spoke to a lovely lady called Holly, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us all the suitable options for our holiday.
We had already found the holiday we wanted, but were undecided on the dates and which hotel to choose. Holly was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through the different options without any pressure. Her advice made it much easier for us to make our decision.
Excellent, friendly customer service throughout, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Fantastic customer service from Amelia . She went above and beyond to sort our family holiday out for 10 people travelling from 2 differant airports. Highly recommend Hays travel Seaham. I woudnt go anywhere else to book a holiday.

My wife and I always use your Seaham…
My wife and I always use your Seaham branch to book our holidays we always get a nice welcome. This time it was Megan who looked after us. as usual made us feel welcome and part of the family Megan sorted us a cruise at a great price we left the shop a happy couple. It doesn't matter which member of staff we get it's totally professional from start to finish.
