I have used Hays travel several times in the past so it was the obvious choice to book with them again this time. Michealla who dealt with my booking listened to what I wanted, discussed any options and dates then booked what I wanted. Great no worries.

Received excellent service from Shelley the manager, nothing was too much trouble to get our trip itinery as close as possible to what we wanted to do, although slightly over our initial budget we had perhaps underestimated the costs involved. Very happy with what we now have booked, more than happy to recommend the Hays branch in Shaftesbury and would certainly use again for our next foreign trip.
