We were dealt with in a very professional manner by Daryl. She was very informative on our holiday search and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of our holiday. We have never been on a Caribbean cruise so to speak to someone who could put us at ease was so reassuring and to get it at a very good price.

Fantastic experience
The Agent, Shaun, was accommodating, calm and chatted through all possibilities. He spent as much time as we needed and gave us a very balanced overview of what was available. Having not been into a travel agent for some time, this was a massively positive experience. We will definitely be booking our next holiday with Hays.

I found the staff a little less…
I found the staff a little less welcoming than I'd hoped. It would have been a more pleasant experience if they had been more upbeat especially as they deal with holidays.

The company was patient and informative…
The company was patient and informative regarding my queries. Once I’d made the booking the service slacked off a little . For example, I had to request twice for a receipt for my deposit. I was telephoned and was asked for information I’d already sent by email. I am awaiting written confirmation of booking as opposed to deposit receipt confirmation.
I’m sure everything will be alright, but admin procedures need to be tightened up a little .

Fuss-free, wide range of holiday choices, great staff
We went in to book a cruise but had little idea of what was available (or possible), given our limitations on timings for arranging a dog/house sitter. Leanne was really helpful, and took time to understand the kind of holiday we wanted, which follows a recent bereavement and so had its own special requirements for peacefulness, hassle-free transfers etc. We booked a great cruise and all confirmation emails etc were received in a timely way. Couldn't fault the Hays experience!
