Lynn made everything easy for me to understand as I am travelling solo sorting out assistance as well for me when I go back in on Thursday definitely recommend. Oh the coffee wasn't to bad 😏

A great booking experience
The advisor that handled our booking had very good knowledge about the package that we were interested in. She answered questions and fully explained the options that were available to us. We felt able to discuss our requirements and were given time to consider all the available possibilities. She did all this in a patient and friendly manner. We were informed of the procedures that would happen in the run up to our holiday and we were assured that we have Hays support at all times regarding tickets, queries etc.

Great customer service
We went in to the Sidmouth branch for information on the cruise flying out of exeter airport in January 2027.
They could not have been more helpful.
They looked up the cabins within the price band we wanted gave us valuable information about the different decks and areas and gave us information about the different ports.
Without hesitation we booked.

Jess booked our family flights to Australia. She was so helpful and thorough, talking us through everything we needed to know, including booking seats on the plane and ordering our Australian dollars and how to apply for our visas. All the staff there are really friendly and helpful too
