The best place to book a holiday, lovely and very friendly staff

I always use Hays for my holidays. They do a great job and I dont have to worry about anything. They sort everything out and its so simple.

Called up for a quote on an Easter trip for 2026, Zoe the Agent was very thorough and gave a time frame for her reply. Received, reviewed and all booked within the same day!

The girls were helpful and friendly only four stars because I brought Euro's and the employee said that I had the buy back guarantee but didn't tell me there was a charge and I never bring them back as we visit relatives abroad so would save any leftover for our next trip so had I known there was a charge I would have declined.

The person was very helpful with my requirements, she sorted my flight out very well for me.

Jess was very thorough and patient when dealing with a complicated request for flights to New Zealand which were acceptable us in respect of departure / arrival times, routes and pricing. She had to spend a considerable amount of time on her computer and found results with which we were very pleased.

Selina from Hays Travel in Southampton was amazing in helping us to find a holiday. She was helpful and very patient in helping with all aspects of our holiday, and when we went to book the hotel and it was no longer available Selina helped find another hotel even asking the staff in the shop if anyone could recommend somewhere. We did find another hotel and booked and received an e mail the next day confirming holiday and saying thank you. Definitely will be using Hays again
