We were looking to book a first time cruise + feeling a bit hesitant. The customer service offered by Abigale was exceptional who was knowledgeable on the cruising experience + offered advice on what she thought would be best for us as first time cruisers. She took time to find a suitable cabin + explained all the options available when going on a cruise. We felt confident enough to go ahead and book +now look forward to the holiday.

Claire was absolutely brilliant , sourcing numerous quotes to meet my holiday requirements. She always got back in touch with me straight away with different tweaks we had made and nothing was too much trouble .

We have used hays travel to book our last few holidays and had a great experience. So we chose to go back and again we had the same agent and I have to say Tracey was amazing at helping us find what looks to be an amazing hotel. We were not rushed and she was very knowledgeable about the different islands we looked at. We can't wait to go.

The girl we dealt with Aby was fantastic. Not pushy at all, but gave my wife all the info so we could have a chat and a think at our own leisure. We returned to book and Aby dealt with us again and was so impressed with her enthusiasm and professionalism. All the staff at the branch seem really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the holidays. Nothing is too much trouble. A credit to your brand!
