Staff were knowledgeable and guided us…
Staff were knowledgeable and guided us through the process well. However, by the end I felt a little pressured as it was too much information all at once. It would be good to just book the holiday and then when the balance is due, add any extras.

Making a booking an enjoyable experience.
Emily made us feel welcome and relaxed, and took infinite care to check and double check our bookings, giving us useful advice and suggestions along the way. She gave us as much time as we needed and we never felt rushed. We couldn't fault her!

100% customer service
100% customer service. Tom spent 90 mins with us finding the right accommodation, location and price. We left extremely happy and looking forward to the holiday. You can't beat speaking to staff with such experience and knowledge. Also thank you to Netty for her advice.

I had a destination in mind and a date…
I had a destination in mind and a date range, plus a budget. Netty was really helpful and talked through options and ideas, tweaking the criteria as we went. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I left the branch with everything sorted and no stress. Highly recommended.

Iceland Trip
Our visit to Hayes in Stowmarket was a lovely experience. A warm welcome, as always. Emily took us through many options for our forthcoming trip to Iceland. We were not rushed and very pleased with all of our options booked. Emily is a lovely lady and would recommend Hayes.

We had seen an advert by them for a holiday on Facebook to Malta .
Within an hour she had explained the holiday to us and we booked straight away .
