We went in to book a pre determined holiday and as usual all the staff were great and excelled in their own way and all three of the staff in that morning came together to give us exactly what we wanted! Couldn't of asked for anything better from Emma, Nikki and Grace

It is the first time we have booked with Hays Travel and I couldn't fault the experience. I had been in the shop on 2 occasions and dealt with Alana both times, she was very helpful pleasant and patient. We needed to change a holiday that had been booked by a relative who was no longer going on the holiday. On my first visit Alana explained what options were available to us, then on our 2nd visit we had decided on an alternative holiday which was booked and deposits transferred seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in booking any future holidays with Hays Wakefield as all the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable.

First time I have been to a travel agents for quite a long time.the young lady called Ebony who dealt with my holiday explained every thing to me in a very friendly and polite manner I was quite happy

As usual the service was very good, Sam saved us a good deal of money regarding transfers and getting about in America. All the staff at Hayes have been great in the past and were again yesterday.
