Excellent service. Joe was so patient.
Even though we kept changing our minds about location. Hays travel birchwood. Parking is easy and no worry about time. So take as long as it takes.

We were very disappointed with the reception we received when going into the store , The shop was empty when we walked in with 2 travel agents at there desks , they saw us coming into the store but tried to ignore us , I walked up to the girl that was at the back desk and said we wanted to book a holiday to jersey she didn’t acknowledge us until I said ‘do you want us to wait a minute ‘ still nothing so I said’would you like us to go somewhere else , she then acknowledged us and said she was on hold but tried to get the attention of the girl sat in front of her but she wasn’t bothered either ,we were ready to walk out when the girl at the back asked the other girl once again if she was busy she eventually said no but didn’t look very happy to serve us which made us feel very uncomfortable, as the booking progressed she seemed to soften up a bit and booked our holiday with no problems , the experience was quite upsetting as we have both have bad health and were so excited to finally book somewhere,so disappointing, could you please reply to let us know your thoughts on this ,

We have just received a lovely phone call from Hayes and had a good chat about the problems we had experienced, they couldn’t be more sorry , we have booked before with them and will be booking again but I might make an appointment next time
