My first time on Holliday abroad and my first time using hays travel, will definitely use hays again outstanding.

As usual the staff are bloody brilliant, always sort a great trip for us everytime.

Bev was very informative about the cruise and gave us lots of information . She was very friendly as are the majority of the staff and go out of their way to help you make decisions.
Booking process was made easy and we were told when to come back in to book flight seats etc

Staff are all really helpful.
This time we were booking a cruise and Diane spent ages getting us the right cabin. She took our details and also booked our cruise parking the following Monday.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly staff. Guided me though the holiday booking. Prepared all the documents and checked we were happy with the booking.
Noted when we need to check in and offered to do this at the time.
We have every confidence in the holidays we book with Hays birchwood.

As always when visiting Hayes at Birchwood (even when it was Thomas Cook) we get our warm welcome from Bev & Joe. Have known Bev for over 30 years, and Joe since he started working there, we would never think of booking our holidays with anyone else. Because we always book with Bev she's knows the type of holidays we like and always advises if she thinks what we've picked is not for us and advises what she thinks would be, and she's never been wrong. If Bev isn't in when we'll go in and see Joe as he also knows us well enough to advise. Thanks Bev for sorting out Mexico and our Norwegian Cruise for 2028 xx

Called in to make a booking with friend for her 'big' birthday cruise.
Natalie was really good at explaining all options that would best suit us and took the time to ensure she shared all the relevant information.
We're now looking forward to the holiday !
